Eligibility for Refunds

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) is required

  • Items must pass our quality inspection upon return

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry

  • Intimates, underwear, and bodysuits

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards and promotional items

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Go to your Order History and select the item(s) you’d like to return.

  3. Complete the Return Request Form and follow the steps provided.

  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status and issue your refund accordingly.

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
